Food to Lose Weight With

Most people associate eating with weight gain and for many overweight people, that’s exactly how they got into that situation in the first place. But it’s not the whole picture and when you come to realize that there is a lot more to it than simply eating too much, then you will see that you can actually eat yourself thin by eating plenty of the right kinds of foods!

Different Ways for Different People

There are all kinds of different ways of using food to help you to lose weight, such as switching to a mainly raw food diet that excludes most meats but is high in raw vegetables as well as fruits, seeds and some low fat dairy products.

Another alternative you can choose is to sign up for a popular diet food delivery diet program and be dieting with Nutrisystem (see http://eternalhealthconcepts.com/dieting-with-nutrisystem/ for details) or Jenny Craig and let them provide your diet meals that will also help you lose weight by restricting portion sizes and calories in the food.

But one of the best ways in which to use food as the catalyst to get your body losing weight is to switch to a high protein, low carbohydrate diet that cuts out all the high glycemic carbs such as white bread, pasta, white rice and products that include refined white sugar (sucrose). You get to eat great food while forcing your body to burn fat in order to keep up the supply of energy it used to get from those high glycemic carbs.

You need to exercise every day in order to boost your metabolism to burn more energy, or it won’t work half as well. But the combination of lots of exercise and a high protein diet will help your body build muscle strength and stamina so you can exercise more.

It works even better when you workout with weights to build muscle bulk, because then your body will really go into energy burning overdrive and you will see a rapid reduction in body fat over several weeks to produce a very attractively slim and toned figure.

Just don’t overdo the weights or you’ll end up looking like a bodybuilder, unless of course that’s the goal you are aiming at!
